I’ve talked about white athletes before on this blog but this article by Buzz Bissinger is an interesting read. Here is a seemingly indignant white man who doesn’t understand why a great college player like Jimmer Fredette is receiving the type of hype that ‘s surronding him right now.
Granted, I like Jimmer. I think he is a cold-blooded shooter, and that is what wins in college, shooting. Do I think he can make it in the NBA, no, not as a star, but will he be a solid role player like J.J. Reddick (who is also mentioned in the article), yes!
